Targeted Mental Health Case Managers
Certified Targeted Case Managers will work with children who have been identified as abused,
neglected, exposed to substance misuse and domestic violence and are at imminent risk of
removal from their homes and who are experiencing social, emotional, behavioral impairments due to the
abuse and dysfunction in the homes.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree Social Work or related area of study from an accredited university; or a Master's Degree in Social Work or related area of study.
- Experience with child welfare, early childhood education or children's mental health preferred.
