Supervisor - High Fidelity Wraparound Intensive Family Case Management

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a responsible supervisory position providing leadership for the Children and Families behavioral health field services that includes adult and children case management, high fidelity wraparound services, targeted - behavioral health case management, peer support services and in-home therapy by licensed and master's level licensed therapists. This position reports directly to the Director of High Fidelity Wraparound Services. This supervisory position will be responsible for the monitoring and program performance for contractual performance measures and for the provider's billable productivity requirements. The supervisor will act as a certified high fidelity wraparound coach and certified BHCM supervisor.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

At least -five years' experience with in human services or child welfare programs with a Master's degree in social work or a related area. Master's degree in social work or a related area with at least (2) years' experience in human services or child welfare programs. Must be certified as a Child Welfare Professional. Must possess a reliable vehicle to drive to do field work and maintain a safe driving record, maintain specific automobile insurance coverage as required by the organization and undergo an annual vehicle safety inspection if transporting clients. Must possess or be eligible for targeted case management certification and Medicaid billing provider number Must become a certified behavioral health supervisor and a wraparound certified coach within six months of employment.
