Senior Director of Talent Management:

The Senior Director of Talent Management plays a pivotal strategic role in shaping and implementing talent management strategies that align with Directions for Living's goals. This position is essential for driving organizational success by developing and retaining top talent, promoting a high-performance culture, overseeing onboarding and role readiness for all team members in a high-performance setting, and ensuring that talent management practices are closely integrated with Directions for Living's Strategic Initiatives. The Senior Director will oversee the Director of Evidence-Based Practices, Director of Training High Fidelity Wraparound, Children's Services Job Coach, New Hire Trainer, and 90 90-day navigator.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 5 plus years of relevant experience in a medium to large non-profit or healthcare setting.
  2. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others, with prior experience in change management. A background of 2 to 3 years in building successful teams within healthcare or non-profit organizations is preferred.
  3. Strong communication, organizational, team-building, time management, and leadership skills are essential.
  4. Advanced computer literacy is required, with 5 to 10 years of progressive senior management experience in a healthcare or nonprofit setting preferred.
