Licensed Supervisor

This is a responsible supervisory position providing leadership for an Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program (AOT) serving adults with severe and persistent mental health problems. The AOT program is a process initiated preventatively for an individual in the community who does not currently meet hospital commitment criteria, but appears to be decompensating due to treatment non-adherence and therefore court ordered into the program. This position requires management and supervisory skills, and clinical expertise.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

1. Master's Degree in Human Services Field. Florida licensure required as an LMHC, LMFT or LCSW. LCSW preferred.
2. Must have leadership and management skills
3. Must understand program cost center budget process.
4. Must maintain appropriate balance between autonomous functioning and the use of supervisory support.
5. Must have sufficient administrative knowledge to provide quality leadership for personnel of varied degrees of experience and training, must have sufficient clinical knowledge to provide clinical intervention with adults who manifest a range of pathology utilizing various treatment approaches, and to provide clinical supervision to assigned staff.
6. Minimum three years relevant experience.
7. Must be trained in SOAR within 90 days.
