Licensed Supervisor- PCET

This is a responsible supervisory position with the Pinellas County Empowerment Team 2.0 (PCET) providing leadership to a team of counselors, intensive case managers, certified peer mentors and an IDT Facilitator. The PCET team provides services to a subacute population of adults with severe or persistent mental illness (SPMI) who are disproportionately overinvolved with the County Jail, and the public crisis stabilization unit/receiving facility and are at an increased risk for repeated or overuse of public resources. The adults will be identified exclusively by the Pinellas County Human Services and referred to PCET 2.0. The supervisor ensures that through a Wraparound process, the Empowerment Team 2.0 is the connection between reducing contact with deep end services (i.e., hospitalization or incarceration) and achieving recovery through connection to meaningful outpatient services. Through management of the team, the supervisor monitors and tracks that the team provides a higher level of intensity and frequency of services based on the clinical and psychosocial indications of the individual. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible to ensure that through IDT staffing's held every 15 days, the team, individual, family and natural supports meet to discuss progress and barriers and to develop immediate interventions with a focus on transition / graduation to lower intensity services.

Education/ Experience Requirement:

1. Master's Degree in Human Services Field. Florida licensure required as an LMHC, LMFT or LCSW. LCSW preferred.
2. Minimum of two years' relevant clinical experience in working with at-risk populations and two years' supervisory experience required.
