Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Position Summary:

This is a responsible supervisory position providing leadership for the Children and Families behavioral health field services that includes adult and children case management, wraparound services, targeted case management, and in-home therapy by licensed and master's level therapists. The Sunshine program is an intensive wraparound approach to treat youth and families -who are currently involved with multiple systems such as Department of Juvenile Justice, child welfare, substance abuse services, or other agencies addressing issues with youth. Therapy services are provided in-home, at school, or in the community to youth and their families in Pinellas and Pasco County.

Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Essential employees may be required to work in the field, be "on call" and/or be available and able to work remotely providing telehealth services depending on the needs of the individual being served.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS:

Formal Education

1. Master Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage and Family
2. Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, Marriage and Family Therapist
3. Knowledge and experience working with field services that include targeted case management, intensive case management, and in-home therapy has sufficient clinical knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other evidence based treatments.
4. Must acquire knowledge of community resources.
5. Provide supervision and guidance to behavioral health case managers who provide services to adults and children, and licensed and non-licensed therapists. Provide review and oversight on assessments, treatment planning, case management and therapy activities including documentation
6. Has sufficient knowledge of regulatory standards that include but are not limited to Medicaid, TANF, Medicare, and CARF.
7. Must become a certified wraparound coach within one year of employment.
