Director of Finance

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Finance, and other departments; as well as all accounting functions, cash management, contract management, budget leadership and coordinator of the annual audit. The Senior Director of Finance will assist the CFO with setting the organizations financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organizations overall strategy. As a member of the Senior leadership team, the Senior Director of Finance will work closely with the Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officers (COO)

 The Senior Director of Finance will be responsible for filling the Financial Leadership function for a mid to large size not for profit organization with several healthcare operating units including behavioral health, and child welfare across two counties and 2 service centers.

This position directly supervises the Comptroller, Grant Accountants, Payroll Specialist and AP Specialist.

Essential employees may be required to work in the field, be "on call" and/or be available and able to work remotely providing telehealth services depending on the needs of the individual being served.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

 Bachelor's degree (MA/MBA preferred, CPA a plus) in Business, Management or Finance. Prior experience in non-profit/fund accounting is required.  Experience with multiple sources of grant funding, compliance and reporting requirements required. Experience with non-profit activities, regulations and reporting requirements.
