Director II Clinic Based Outpatient Services

Director II Clinic Based Outpatient Services:  This is a key position involving substantial administrative and program development responsibilities. The Director II will oversee and be responsible for all duties related to program operations for the following two departments: Director I of Psychiatric Medical Services, and Director I of Clinic Based Outpatient Services. The Director II will provide direct supervision per policy to the Program Directors to ensure the productivity of all provider staff while working in partnership with all other Director II's to achieve contractual outcomes.  Priority will be given to individuals who have a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced, high stress, time demanding environment.

Master's degree in one of the social sciences required.  Florida licensure in one of the healing arts required; LCSW preferred. Must have a minimum of five plus years of Clinical supervision and administrative experience with progressive responsibilities.  Previous experience with program planning, implementation, clinical supervisory skill assessment and improvement required.  Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner in an oral and written format.  Certified Addictions Professional (CAP) preferred.  At least 4 years' experience in human services with a minimum of three years prior experience in a supervisory position required. Must be knowledgeable about relevant Florida Medicaid regulations.
