Data Analyst

Maintains and enhances EHR software components to improve the functionality, availability, reliability, access control, security, and performance of the computing and reporting services for users of the Electronic Health Record and other Operational data stores. Performs system administration, maintenance and sustaining functions and resolves system problems. Assists in the planning and implementing of new EHR updates and influences company-wide computing system plans. Provides leadership and guides projects. Works independently on assigned projects to further the agency's strategic goals.

Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation. Essential employees may be required to work in the field, be "on call" and/or be available and able to work remotely providing telehealth services depending on the needs of the individual being served.   

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

1. Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a degree in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
2. Experienced and knowledgeable with Crystal report development within an EHR environment. 
3. Required experience in the management, and use of data systems tools, including demonstrated proficiency in Excel, MS-SQL, Access, and Crystal Reports.
4. Operation of Microsoft products including SQL Server, Crystal Reports, Access, Outlook, and Office suite.
5. Relational database design and use in a multi-user system.
6. Must maintain skills in-line with recent technology developments.
7. Use of software tools to document and analyze system design.
