Masters Level and or Licensed Crisis Counselors, under the clinical supervision of a licensed practitioner, will all be trained in Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) to ensure they are able to provide emotional support, call debrief, and call diffusion to regional 911 dispatch first responders via on-demand Tele behavioral Health.
Must be competent in the use of a Tele-behavioral health platform for service delivery. Must have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university. Demonstrated knowledge in the effects of compassion fatigue, burnout, destructive stress, compassion stress, critical stress management, and restoration practices for first responders.
