POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring the organization's financial health and sustainability. This role will oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance requirements and will be responsible for the management and leadership of the Finance, Revenue Management, Information Technology and Facilities departments; as well as all accounting functions, cash management, contract management, budget leadership and coordinator of the annual audit. The CFO will set the organizations financial policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the organizations overall strategy. The CFO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement financial strategies that support the organization's mission and goals.
