Intensive Case Management Supervisor:

Staff in Together We Rise will work specifically with children and their families who have come to the attention of the child protective investigation division of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, and who have been determined to be safe but at high risk of future child abuse, and neglect. Together We Rise (TWR) will work with all members of the family with a team based approach in a supportive, empowering and respectful manner to assist the family with creating safe and stable parenting practices to facilitate long-term behavior change that will ensure that children are safe in their home.

The ICM Supervisor will be a practice leader and will oversee intensive case managers, the IDT facilitator and the peers ensuring that the focus of their work is on the here and now: resolving barriers to day-to-day responsibilities, providing parent training, connecting families to ancillary resources needed to stabilize housing, relationships, and addressing issues related to poverty. The team will provide intensive services in the home or in a place convenient to the family and the services needed. There is no opportunity for the provision of services from a remote location and services are not provided virtually. The focus of this position is to provide guidance and day to day oversight of the intensive case management team delivering the direct care services, and to ensure that each family served is receiving the right amount of direct service face-to-face care to mitigate the risks of future child abuse, and neglect to the children in the home. The Intensive Case Management Supervisor is responsible for the productivity of the direct service staff, and ensuring that all case management outcomes are being achieved in a timely manner. The Intensive Case Management Supervisor will be assigned to be on call for coverage after hours and on weekends.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related area of study from an accredited college or university
• At least four (4) years' experience with in human services with at least two years of experience in working with at-risk populations to include families experiencing substance misuse, domestic violence, mental health, and emotionally disturbed children
• Dual Certification in Child Welfare and Behavioral Health Case Management Supervision per the Florida Certification Board (FCB) is preferred.
• Certification as a Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor per the Florida Certification Board (FCB) is required within 3 months of hire.
• Must maintain BHCM certification throughout employment at the employees expense.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 immediately upon hire. This is a condition of employment, exemptions to this requirement must be addressed in advance with HR.
