Behavioral Health Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, compassionate and mission driven Behavioral Health Case Manager to serve Pre-K - 2nd grade children within an elementary school located in south St Petersburg.  The behavioral health case manager will work as part of a team to provide intensive individual and family trauma-focused interventions to identified children in need of supports and their parents.  Services will be primarily provided in the child's home and in the school setting.   The focus of the interventions will be with modifying the behaviors of the teachers, decreasing problem behaviors of the identified children, soliciting the engagement and support of the children's parents/caregivers.

 Bachelor's degree in Human Services from an accredited college. Requires experience or training in early childhood mental health, and trauma focused interventions. Completion of Targeted Case Management Certification required. Must have excellent writing, communication, computer, organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in completing progress notes, treatment plans, and pertinent information concerning the consumer required.
