  • Diversion Services Department provided through the Eckerd Community Alternatives Contract to decrease the number of children entering the Child Welfare System. The clinician will work in a team approach to utilize a solution-focused, family centered approach and evidenced based practices to assist families in meeting needs and goals while preventing further incidents of abuse, neglect and abandonment. Requires: Minimum two years related previous experience conducting comprehensive clinical assessment and one year of child welfare.
  • Children's Outpatient has a professional clinical position providing therapy to adults, children, and families/guardians with family-related issues. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices.  
  • Intensive Family Services has a professional clinical position providing therapy to adults and children who are active clients of the dependency system. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices.    Provides in-home therapy and other services, including substance abuse, to assist the families in retaining their children in the home or to effect successful reunification
  • Treatment Works has a professional clinical position providing therapy to the student and their families/guardians through the Treatment works Program which is a rigorous therapeutic services program model to serve all students K-12 in the Pinellas County School System (PCSS) who have been identified via the PCSS's District Threat Assessment Team to be in need of intensive services. Work involves the application of psychotherapeutic theories and practices. Requires: Basic knowledge of Pinellas County Schools Educational Alternative Services, Exceptional Student Education, Bullying Prevention and Intervention, Guidance, Summer Bridge, 504 and Student Services programs.  
  • AOT (Assisted Outpatient Treatment) program is an intensive wraparound approach to treat individuals who are not following voluntary outpatient treatment resulting in Baker Acts/Arrests due to their mental health issues. In this program, individuals are court ordered into a 90 day intensive program with the projected outcome that they will be successfully graduated to voluntary outpatient for ongoing support.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
