Administrative Assistant- Homebuilders

Salary: $22.35/hour ($46,500 annually)

This is a professional administrative position which involves providing administrative support to the Homebuilders leadership team and staff. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for supporting client relations, record maintenance/correspondence, contract management support activities, computer skills and support duties to assist service provision to clients. Ability to relate to people and situations both in person and on the phone in a positive, supportive, courteous and professional manner.

Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Must be computer literate and be proficient in Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
  3. Must be able to work proficiently in a Windows environment and be able to learn other software applications quickly.

Must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or be willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19 immediately upon hire. This is a condition of employment, exemptions to this requirement must be addressed in advance with HR.
